Our branding for Southwest Veterinary Symposium, an organization that brings together veterinary professionals from multiple states, is two-tiered. The first is the consistent, long-term brand for the organization itself. The second is the brand for their annual symposium. We rebrand every year in order to remount enthusiasm for the best possible information and educational conference in the region.
Each year we revisit the messaging we built on previous successes. After last year’s “why we do what we do” brand, this year we focused on “how we do what we do” with a Beatle-esque “Come Together, Right Now” theme. We kicked off the campaign with a dramatic video featuring tons of show floor footage and multiple enthusiastic testimonials. We aggressively marketed to exhibitors, sponsors and attendees throughout the year with marketing materials including direct mail, e-mails, trade show signage, an exhibitor prospectus, an attendee registration guide, a rebranded website, and prominent and helpful onsite signage.
As with each of the previous two years, SWVS experienced record-breaking attendance to “Come Together 2015″!
